They are literally the worst in customer service. True, they are beautiful leggings, but they are not worth the price nor are they worth the hassle. This is coming from someone who literally owns over 100 pairs of leggings from various brands and not shy about occasionally dropping some bucks on them as I love activewear (and work from home so my work clothes and workout clothes budget are combined ????)and let me tell you, this is by far the worst brand that I have ever had the displeasure of trying to deal with. First order—took well over the promised 7 business days production time promised in an email and 14 days that is posted on their website (recently the website has been updated at least to mention it can be up to 25 business days—this was NOT posted at the time of my previous order). An auto email was sent to me when the initial promised date came and went with no ship date yet saying covid had slowed their production line. No reply to emails asking for at least a rough ETA or what stage of production it was in...until a week later which they still could not actually answer my question. I sent this email after the additional time in the auto email had also passed, so we’re looking at over a month out from my late December order. Finally it shipped, which was fast, and I was mostly pleased with the product itself (the built in underwear is a little weird IMO and sizing is definitely not accurate as I did size up as recommended by multiple reviews I found of the brand, but really I shouldn’t have to hunt down other people’s reviews on a brand that doesn’t offer returns for sizing issues. They should just list accurate measurements for what you’re going to get. My waist is 26-27, my hips are 37.5, so yes the hip part was right for a size M, but if I had gotten the small instead based off my waist size, I would have MAJOR muffin top lol, the M was not loose in any way at the waist which it should have been slightly if sized to their size chart.). Anyway. So they ran a sale the other weekend, and I decided to give them another go, and just count on it taking two months to receive. They had mixed pricing listed on their website, with some leggings on sale!! Yes! So exciting! Some were still full priced though. Would the discount code apply to the sale items or full price only? Let’s find out! Added a full price and a sale price item to my cart, enter discount code...and yes!! It applies to both! Sweet! This is great!! They must be coming out with new designs! Purchase two sale leggings, happily entered in my discount code, pay for the order, receive an order confirmation. Then....the next day they send me an email saying a glitch on their website doubled the discount when it shouldn’t have, pay $87 more in order to complete my order. Well, rather, a bill of $87 came first saying they would not complete my order unless I paid this extra money. No offer of cancellation though. Then an explanation email saying I would receive a bill because there was a glitch. (BTW the “glitch” was still present at the time of receiving this email...I checked!!!!! Not a glitch, but poor website management unevenly applying the discount to some items but not others while allowing you to use the discount code on both!!) then another bill demanding I pay. Then another email explaining why they are demanding I pay, this time with a sort of mention that they might cancel my order if I don’t pay by a certain date. Then that date passes, and my order is still listed as owing money, no offer of refunding my money already paid nor providing product unless I pay them more. I’ve also filed BBB complaints as well as posted on their social media (this of course in addition to immediately having emailed them back on the very first email received asking them to cancel as I did not want to pay $87 more when they allowed the order to be confirmed prior to that already, but of course they have not responded). No response in any avenue as of the writing of this. No money back or in process of being returned rather. Just....took my money with no intent of delivering a product until I agree to pay them more money. So. Beautiful legging or not, I’ll spend my money elsewhere for other brands that care about their customers and don’t practice disingenuous business. If you want to spend $200 on some leggings, go with Michi. They do the awesome shape wear style waist band (like the Takara or some of Terez and for that matter, like this brand, although ultracor’s elastic waistband does try to roll down on me in some movements which the other brands I don’t have that issue) in many of their styles, are an ethical company (in terms of sourcing and manufacture but also with sales) and are wonderful quality that ship fast and have accurate sizing. And there are plenty of brands in the $100-$150 range as well that are also equally wonderful. And oh yeah, haven’t experienced any quality issues that some report with Ultracor (like pilling, the stars coming off, or pinching the fabric weird where ironed on—and I can already tell the small stars on mine may become a problem a few washes down the line as I can see where they’ve already pulled at the material) .

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced for a high end product. No phone number so all issues have to go through email which generates an auto response that says "2-3 days before real response" which may or may not ever come. The leggings I ordered took over 6 weeks to get delivered and I think that's only because I was going to cancel my order.

I sized the order based on their chart and the leggings were too small. I tried to exchange (they have a no-return policy) and it took weeks of sending emails with no replies.

Never did resolve the order of $200 leggings. Stick with Lululemon and Nike. Half to quarter the price, sized better, better customer service, and last a long time. Gave the leggings away to someone that they actually fit and they pil'd after just a few washes. Expensively priced, cheaply made.

As a yoga instructor I would love to be able to push your pants but just can’t be reassured knowing my star felt prices all fell off.

Schmiggy Do you know the brand of gray sweat capris that Jillian Michaels wears in her Body Revolution DVD and also the brand of her lowrise capris she wears in her exercise videos? I have been trying to find them and cant find anything. There not her own brand. Thanks Janet
