Updated: 9/6/2024 | Best Phở Restaurants in Seattle
Phở (pronounced “fuh”) is a popular Vietnamese noodle dish that consists of a fragrant broth, meat, veggies, and thin and flat rice noodles. A bowl of pho is served with a garnish of fresh veggies that include bean sprouts, Thai basil, a wedge of lime, slices of jalapenos, hoisin sauce, and sriracha.
Some restaurants offer satay sauce (oil with fried chilies) to further flavor your soup.
Phở is typically eaten in Vietnam as a breakfast dish. Many restaurants in Vietnam will serve phở until they run out, which is typically around or after lunch. It’s also eaten year-round, so you can have Phở every day if you wanted.
According to us, it’s the broth that makes the phở. Below are our picks for the best pho restaurants in Seattle.
